Perfectionism is holding you back from reaching your body goals.


We get it, the fitness industry has been telling us for years that to get to our goals we have to never miss a workout, never eat carbs, all that rubbish. 


Unfortunately this has led us to believe that if we make one mistake, miss one workout, we may as well give up! When in reality if you miss a workout, that doesn’t cancel out all your hard work up until that point!


If you miss a workout and just go back to the gym at your next available opportunity, guess what…You still progress and you get one step closer to your goals.


Don’t let the all or nothing mindset continue to hold you back any longer. You can do whatever you put your mind to, you just have to think something is better than nothing. We can always do something, no matter how small, to move the needle in the right direction.


Make 2024 the year you stop being a perfectionist and start actually making progress.
