  • How do I get support if I am having trouble downloading the ebooks?
    If your direct link isn’t loading go to the contact form at the bottom of our home page and fill out a form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do I need to purchase the Ebook bundle or can I download them individually?
    We highly recommend purchasing the bundle as this will allow you to access all the elements needed to get to your physique and lifestyle goals. However if you feel confident with one element for example you’re confident in training and just need nutrition help then this is where you can utilise just downloading the fat loss guide.
  • What’s included in the 1-1 coaching program?
    1:1 virtual coaching: custom nutrition plans Goal setting & working out a plan/timeline together. Ie. Lose fat, maintain, build muscle, etc. Resistance training programs with video examples & cues. Exercise execution feedback included in bi-weekly check ins. Bi-weekly phone check-ins to ensure progress & results. Ongoing support via messaging app offering maximum accountability. Guidance around meals & examples of what a day should look like based on your personal requirements. Education in building sustainable habits to maintain results long term.
  • Who is 1-1 coaching for?
    1-1 Coaching is for people who are ready to take their training and nutrition to the next level. We accept all levels of fitness and want to help no matter where you are in your journey. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm and a commitment to achieving your goals & trusting the process.
  • How long do I have to commit to the process?
    The first 6 weeks payment is upfront and non refundable, after that you roll into a subscription that is charged every 4 weeks. So whilst we don’t have a minimum requirement for coaching time, you are locked in for that payment cycle, should you choose to end your 1-1 coaching early this does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Are the Coaching sessions customisable to my fitness levels and goals?
    All coaching sessions are customised to your needs, goals and level of fitness. We make a point of learning about YOU and what you personally need to get the most out of coaching.
  • Is your team qualified?
    On our team we have formally qualified nutritionists and personal trainers who regularly upskill to bring you the latest and most appropriate education and care.
  • How do I book a 1-1 PT session?
    Go to ‘Services’ and click on the drop down menu, select ‘Personal Training’ then ‘Book now’ and ‘ACERO gang member’ then select ‘Sara’. Once you have completed this process the link will allow you to pay via the website and secure your spot.
  • Where are the PT sessions held?
    There are two gym locations, both within inner Sydney, once you have accessed the booking page you will be able to select the location that suits you best.
  • Are the PT sessions customisable to my fitness levels and goals?
    All PT sessions are customised to your needs, goals and level of fitness. When you sign up we ensure to be aware of your goals and fitness levels from the get go.
