Hi I’m Hannah, I’m an online nutritionist & trainer. I love coaching women who are dedicated to bettering themselves without compromising the joy in their lives.  I myself spent over a decade trying every diet under the sun and never getting anywhere, so when I say I understand your confusion, I really mean it. This is why I am SO passionate about helping women achieve their health goals, because it really does not have to be so complicated!
